باب الْحَثِّ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ وَلَوْ بِالْقَلِيلِ وَلاَ تُمْتَنَعُ مِنَ الْقَلِيلِ لاِحْتِقَارِهِ:
Chapter: Encouragement to give in charity even if it is a little, and a little should not be withheld because one thinks it is too little

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " يَا نِسَاءَ الْمُسْلِمَاتِ ، لَا تَحْقِرَنَّ جَارَةٌ لِجَارَتِهَا ، وَلَوْ فِرْسِنَ شَاةٍ " .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: O Muslim women, none of you should consider even a sheep's trotter too insignificant to give to her neighbour.
