Hadith 39246
Hazrat Umm Salamah narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: You bring your disputes to me, and it is possible that some of you may present your argument better than others. And I judge between you according to what I hear. So, if I decide in favor of someone for something that belongs to his brother, then he should not take it. Because (in that case) I am cutting out a piece of fire for him, with which he will appear on the Day of Resurrection.
Hadith 39247
Hazrat Umm Salamah narrates that two men from the Ansar came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with a dispute regarding an old inheritance, for which they had no witnesses. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, you bring your disputes to me, and I am only a human being. It may be that some of you are better at presenting their argument than others, and I give a judgment in your favor. So, if I decide in favor of someone for something that is the right of his brother, then he should not take it. (In such a case) I am cutting for him a piece of fire, with which he will appear on the Day of Resurrection." Umm Salamah says: So both men began to weep, and each of them said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! My right is for my brother." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If you are pleased with this, then go and divide (the inheritance), and give each other your full rights, and each of you should forgive his brother."
Hadith 39248
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: I am a human being, and it is possible that some of you may present your argument better than others. So, if I decide in favor of someone, giving him a right that belongs to his brother, then I am cutting a piece of fire for him. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's statement is mentioned that: If two false witnesses testify before a judge regarding the divorce of a man's wife, and the judge, based on their testimony, separates the husband and wife, then there is no harm for either of the false witnesses to marry the woman.
