Hadith 39003
٣٩٠٠٣ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن مبارك عن سليمان التيمي عن أبي عثمان النهدي عن عبد اللَّه عن النبي ﷺ أنه نهى عن تلقي البيوع (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade making purchases (before the goods entered the city).
Hadith 39004
٣٩٠٠٤ - حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن سماك عن عكرمة عن (ابن عباس قال: قال: النبي ﷺ) (١) لا تستقبلوا ولا تحفلوا (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Do not face (that direction) and do not swear oaths.
Hadith 39005
٣٩٠٠٥ - حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن عبيد اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن التلقي (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade *talaqqi* (purchasing goods outside the city). And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: There is no harm in it.
