Hadith 38930
Hazrat Jabir bin Aswad narrates from his father that I participated in the Hajj with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He says that I offered the morning prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in Masjid Khif. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had finished his prayer and turned his blessed face, there were two men sitting at the end of the people who had not prayed with him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Bring them to me. So both of them were brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a state that they were trembling. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: What prevented you from offering prayer with us? They replied: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! We had already prayed in our tents. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not do this in the future. When you have prayed in your tents and then come to the mosque, then pray with the people (in congregation), for this will become a voluntary prayer for you.

Hazrat Bishr or Busar bin Mihjan narrates a similar aforementioned narration from his father. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: The Fajr prayer will not be repeated (with the Imam).
