Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Muhsin's daughter, Umm Qais, narrates: I brought my son, who would not eat food, to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The child urinated on the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). So he asked for water and sprinkled it over the urine.

Hazrat Lubabah bint Al-Harith narrates that Husain bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) urinated on the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). So I said, "Give me these clothes (so that I may wash them), and you wear another." He replied: "Sprinkling is done for a boy's urine, and a girl's urine is washed."

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a child was brought to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The child urinated on him. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) poured water over it and did not wash it.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Laila that we were sitting with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when Hazrat Husain bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) came crawling until he sat on the blessed chest of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and urinated on him. The narrator says, we quickly moved forward to catch Hazrat Husain, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: My son! My son! Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) called for water and poured it over (the affected area). And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: it should be washed.
