ما يكره أن يدفن مع القتيل
Things Disliked to Be Buried with the Deceased
Hadith 35005
٣٥٠٠٥ - حدثنا جرير عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: لا يدفن مع القتيل خف ولا نعل.
Hazrat Laith (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Shoes and sandals will not be buried with the murdered person.
Hadith 35006
٣٥٠٠٦ - حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ينزع (عن) (١) القتيل الفرو والجوربان و (الموزجان) (٢) و (الافراهيجان) (٣) إلا أن يكون الجوربان يكملان فيتركان عليه.
Hazrat Mughira (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The fur-lined garment, socks, large leather socks, and small leather socks will all be removed from the murdered person, except if both socks complete the shroud, then both will be left.
Hadith 35007
٣٥٠٠٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن (مخول) (١) عن العيزار بن حريث (العبدي) (٢) قال: قال زيد بن صوحان: لا تنزعوا عني ثوبًا إلا الخفين (٣).
Hazrat Iyzar bin Harith Al-Abdi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Zaid bin Suhan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Do not remove my clothes except take off my socks.
