Narrations Mentioned Regarding Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith 34462
٣٤٤٦٢ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن عمارة بن القعقاع عن أبي زرعة عن أبي هريرة قال: سمعته يقول أتى جبريلُ النبيّ ﷺ فقال: "هذه خديجة قد أتتك معها إناء فيه إدام أو طعام أو شراب، فإذا هي أتتك فاقرأ ﵍ من ربها، وبشرها ببيت في الجنة من قصب لا صخب فيه ولا نصب" (١).
Hazrat Abu Zar’ah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that I heard Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) saying that Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: “This is Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) coming to you, carrying a vessel in which there is curry, or food, or water. When she comes to you, convey to her greetings of peace from her Lord, and give her glad tidings of a house in Paradise made of pearls, in which there will be neither noise nor fatigue.”
Hadith 34463
٣٤٤٦٣ - حدثنا وكيع (و) (١) يعلى عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن ابن أبي أوفى قال: سمعته يقول: بشر رسول اللَّه ﷺ خديجة ببيت في الجنة من قصب لا صخب فيه ولا نصب (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave glad tidings to Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) of a house made of pearls in Paradise, in which there will be neither noise nor fatigue.
Hadith 34464
٣٤٤٦٤ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير وأبو أسامة عن هشام بن عروة (عن) (١) أبيه عن عبد اللَّه بن جعفر عن علي قال: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "خير نسائها مريم ابنة عمران، وخير نسائها خديجة" (٢).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: The best of women is Maryam bint Imran (may Allah have mercy on her), and the best of women is Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her).
Hadith 34465
٣٤٤٦٥ - حدثنا ابن نمير عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن رجل من أصحاب النبي ﷺ قال: أتى جبريل النبي ﷺ فقال: "بشر خديجة ببيت في الجنة من قصب لا ⦗١٣٠⦘ صحب فيه (ولا) (١) نصب" (٢).
Hazrat Abu Salih (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from one of the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Give glad tidings to Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) of a house in Paradise made of pearls, in which there will be neither noise nor any kind of fatigue.
Hadith 34466
٣٤٤٦٦ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن هشام عن الحسن قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "حسبك من نساء العالمين بأربع: خديجة ابنة خويلد، وفاطمة ابنة محمد ﷺ (١)، وآسية امرأة فرعون، (٢) (ومريم) (٣) ابنة عمران" (٤).
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Four women are sufficient for you among all the women of the worlds: Khadijah bint Khuwaylid (may Allah be pleased with her), Fatimah bint Muhammad (may Allah be pleased with her), Asiyah (may Allah have mercy on her), the wife of Pharaoh, and Maryam bint Imran (may Allah have mercy on her).
Hadith 34467
٣٤٤٦٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا حماد بن سلمة عن ثابت عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى قال: بينما رسول اللَّه ﷺ جالس معه جبريل إذ أقبلت خديجة فقال جبريل: "يا رسول اللَّه هذه خديجة فاقرئها من اللَّه ﵎ السلام ومني" (١).
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that while the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was sitting and Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) was with him, Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) arrived. So Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! This is Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her). So convey to her greetings of peace from Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, and from me.
