Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Zaid bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I passed by Hazrat Abu Ja'far while he was in his house, and he was supplicating as follows: O Allah! Forgive me because of the Qur'an. O Allah! Have mercy on me because of the Qur'an. O Allah! Grant me guidance through the Qur'an. O Allah! Provide me sustenance because of the Qur'an.
