Who Dislikes Raising the Voice and Making Noise During Qur'an Recitation
Hadith 32174
٣٢١٧٤ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن الأعمش عن أبي عبد الرحمن قال: القرآن وحشى ولا يصلح (مع) (١) اللغط.
Hazrat A'mash says that Hazrat Abu Abdur Rahman said: The Qur'an is alone and does not have the capacity to be recited with noise.
Hadith 32175
٣٢١٧٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا هشام الدستوائي عن قتادة عن الحسن عن قيس بن (عباد) (١) قال: كان أصحاب رسول اللَّه ﷺ يكرهون رفع الصوت عند الذكر (٢).
Hasan narrates that Hazrat Qais bin Abad said: The companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) disliked raising voices during remembrance (dhikr).
Hadith 32176
٣٢١٧٦ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن حماد بن سلمة عن علي بن زيد عن ⦗٤٦٦⦘ الحسن أن النبي ﷺ كان يكره رفع الصوت عند قراءة القرآن (١).
Hasan narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked raising the voice while reciting the Qur'an.
