Hadith 31358
Hazrat Ismail bin Abi Khalid narrates that before the Battle of Jamajim, one of the people of the mosque told me that it has been reported to me that Isa ibn Maryam i used to supplicate as follows: O Allah! I have entered the morning in such a state that I do not possess for myself that which I desire, nor do I have the power to repel that which I dislike, and goodness and well-being have entered the morning in the possession of someone other than me. And I have entered the morning in such a state that whatever I have eaten is held as collateral, so there is no poor person more afflicted by poverty than me. So do not afflict me with calamity in the matter of my religion, and do not make the world my greatest concern. And do not impose over me one who will not have mercy on me.
Hadith 31359
Ismail narrates that it has been mentioned that some of the prophets made this supplication: O Allah! Do not make me responsible for seeking that which You have not decreed for me (or that which You have not given me the ability for). And grant me, from Your side, with ease and well-being, the sustenance which You have decreed for me. And make me righteous through that by which You have made the righteous ones righteous, for surely You alone are the One who reforms the righteous.
Hadith 31360
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Alaa bin Shakheer that he states: Hazrat Nuh and the prophets after him used to seek refuge from the tribulation of Dajjal.
