Regarding the Person Who Steals from the Ka'bah
Hadith 30955
٣٠٩٥٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا خالد بن مخلد قال: حدثنا (حسن) (١) ابن أبي ليلى في رجل سرق من الكعبة قال: ليس عليه قطع.
Hasan narrates that it is reported from Ibn Abi Layla about a man who had stolen from the Ka'bah. He said: The punishment of cutting the hand will not be carried out on him.
