Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Sufyan bin Husain narrates that Hazrat Hasan Basri said: When a man commits adultery with a small girl, he will be flogged and will not be stoned, and nothing will be obligatory upon the girl. And when a boy commits adultery with a woman, the woman will be flogged and will not be stoned, and the boy will receive a punishment less than the prescribed legal limit.

Hazrat Mughira narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding a man who has broken the hymen of a girl; he said: In this case, the man will be liable to pay the mahr of *waty bil-shubha* for that girl.
