Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Abu Hilal states that it is narrated from Hasan Basri and Ikrimah regarding the person who says to a man: "O eunuch!" Ikrimah said: The hadd (prescribed punishment) will be carried out on him, and Hasan Basri said: The hadd will not be carried out on him.

Abu Hilal narrates that Hasan Basri said: The prescribed punishment will not be carried out on him.

Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: When someone says, "O eunuch!" then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be enforced upon him.
