Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Salih bin Ma'bad narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Sha'bi regarding the person who says to a man: "O one who commits the act of sodomy!" He said: The punishment of qazf (false accusation) will be enforced upon him.

Hazrat Yahya bin Waleed narrates that I was present with Hazrat Ibn Ashwa’ when a man was brought who had said to someone: “O passive (in sodomy)!” So he (Ibn Ashwa’) enforced the hadd punishment of qazf upon him.

Hazrat Ubaidah says that Ibrahim said: He will be flogged.
