Hadith 30836
٣٠٨٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (عباد) (١) بن العوام عن عمر بن عامر عن حماد عن إبراهيم أن عليًا وعبد اللَّه اختلفا في أم ولد بغت، فقال ⦗٢١⦘ علي: تجلد ولا نفي عليها (٢).
Ibrahim states that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood differed regarding the ruling of an umm walad who has committed adultery. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: She will be flogged and the punishment of exile will not be applied to her, while Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood said: She will be flogged and she will be exiled.
Hadith 30837
٣٠٨٣٧ - وقال عبد اللَّه: تجلد (وتنفى) (١) (٢).
30837 - And Abdullah said: She is flogged (and banished) (1) (2).
Hadith 30838
٣٠٨٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: حدثنا إسرائيل عن منصور عن إبراهيم في أم الولد تفجر قال: يقام عليها حد الأمة، وهي على (منزلتها) (١).
Hazrat Mansur narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding the umm walad who commits adultery, he said: The punishment prescribed for a slave-girl will be enforced upon her, and she is in the same category.
