Hadith 30812
٣٠٨١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن أبيه وعمه ويحيى بن أبي الهيثم (١) عن جده أنه شهد عليًّا وأتي برجل وامرأة وجدا في خرب مراد، فأتي بهما علي فقال: بنت عمي (يتيمتي) (٢) في حجري، فجعل أصحابه يقولون: قولي زوجي، فقالت: هو زوجي، فقال علي: خذ بيد امرأتك (٣).
Hazrat Yahya bin Abu Al-Haitham’s grandfather narrates that I was present with Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) when a man and a woman were brought to him who had been found in a deserted place, so both of them were brought before Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). The man said: She is my uncle’s daughter, and an orphan under my care. Then the companions of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) began to say: Say this! Say he is my husband. So the woman said: He is my husband. Upon this, Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Then take your wife’s hand.
Hadith 30813
٣٠٨١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم وحماد قالا: يدرأ عنه.
Hazrat Shu’bah states that Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad said: The punishment will be lifted from him.
Hadith 30814
٣٠٨١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: يدرأ عنه.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: The punishment will be lifted from him.
Hadith 30815
٣٠٨١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل (١) عن إبراهيم في المرأة (توجد) (٢) مع الرجل فتقول: (تزوجني) (٣)، فقال إبراهيم: (لو) (٤) كان هذا حقًّا ما كان على زان حد.
Ibn Fudayl narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding the woman who was found with a man, so the woman said: He has married me. Ibrahim said: If this is true, then there would be no hadd (punishment) on any adulterer.
