Hadith 30809
٣٠٨٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه سئل عن المرأة تعلق بالرجل فتقول: فعل بي، فقال الحسن: قذفت رجلًا من المسلمين، عليها الحد.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri was asked about a woman who clings to a man and says: "He committed adultery with me." What is the ruling regarding her? He replied: She has accused a Muslim man; the punishment of qadhf (false accusation of adultery) will be carried out on her. Ibrahim said: She is demanding her right, how can you say this?
Hadith 30810
٣٠٨١٠ - قال: وقال إبراهيم: هي طالبة حق كيف تقول.
30810 - He said: And Ibrahim said: She is seeking her right, how can she speak.
Hadith 30811
٣٠٨١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (عبد الرحيم) (١) عن (أشعث) (٢) عن الحسن في رجل قالت له امرأة: إن هذا زنا بي، قال: تجلد بقذفها (٣) الرجل، ولا يجلد الرجل.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding a man about whom a woman said: "Indeed, he committed adultery with me." He (Hasan Basri) said: The woman will be flogged for accusing the man, and the man will not be flogged.
