Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ziyad bin Usman narrates that a Christian man forced a Muslim woman into immorality, so that person was brought before Hazrat Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah. He said: Did we make a treaty with you for this act? He had him beheaded.

Hazrat Suwaid bin Ghaflah narrates that a dhimmi man, who belonged to the Nabati tribe of Syria, struck a woman who was riding an animal with a stick at her side. She did not fall down, so he pushed her with his hand and made her fall, and the woman's clothes became uncovered. Then he sat down intending to have intercourse with her. This man was brought before Hazrat Umar bin Khattab, and evidence was established against him. Then, by your order, he was hanged on a cross, and you said: "We did not make a pact with you for such an act!"

Hazrat Qatadah narrates that a dhimmi man was brought before Abdul Malik bin Marwan who had forced a Muslim woman into adultery, so he had him castrated.

Hazrat Ismail bin Muslim narrates that Hasan Basri said: When a dhimmi forces a Muslim woman into adultery, he should be killed.
