Regarding the Young Child Who Is Falsely Accused
Hadith 30639
٣٠٦٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن يونس عن الحسن.
Hasan Basri and Ibrahim said: Whoever slanders a small child, the punishment of qadhf will not be carried out on him.
Hadith 30641
٣٠٦٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري قال: لا حد في غلام (١) افتري عليه وهو صغير حتى (تجب) (٢) عليه الحدود.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Dhi'b states that Hazrat Zuhri said: There will be no punishment for the boy upon whom a false accusation was made while he was a small child, until the prescribed punishments are established upon him.
