Hadith 30603
٣٠٦٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري في اليهودي والنصراني: إن كان أحصن في شركه ثم أسلم ثم أصاب فاحشة قبل أن يحصن في الإسلام قال: يرجم.
Hazrat Muammar states that it is narrated from Hazrat Zuhri regarding Jews and Christians: If they were married during their time of polytheism and then they embraced Islam, and then before marrying in Islam, they committed any obscene act, he said: He should be stoned.
Hadith 30604
٣٠٦٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إحصان اليهودي والنصراني في شركهما إحصان، وليس المجوسي بإحصان.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: If a Jew or Christian marries during the time of polytheism, it will be considered Ihsan (legal marriage), but a Magian will not be considered Muhsan (legally married).
