Hadith 30567
٣٠٥٦٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (عبد الرحيم) (١) بن سليمان عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في رجل قال لرجل: ما تأتي امرأتك إلا حرامًا، قال: كذب، ليس عليه حد.
Hazrat Abdul Malik narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Ata regarding a person who said to another man: "You do not have intercourse with your wife except in a forbidden manner." He (Hazrat Ata) said: He has lied; the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.
