Regarding the Man Who Has Intercourse with His Mother's Slave Woman
Hadith 30477
٣٠٤٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت حمادا والحكم عن الرجل يقع على جارية أمه، قالا: عليه الحد.
Hazrat Sha’bah states that I asked Hazrat Hammad and Hazrat Hakam regarding a man who has intercourse with his mother’s slave woman. Both of them said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him.
Hadith 30478
٣٠٤٧٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: ليس عليه حد.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said: The prescribed punishment will not be carried out on him.
