Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Harqoos narrates that a man had intercourse with his wife's concubine, so Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) removed the prescribed punishment from him.

Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: The hadd punishment will not be carried out on him.

Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that a man came to Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud and said: Indeed, I have had intercourse with my wife's slave-girl. Upon this, he replied: Fear Allah and do not do such an act again.

Hazrat Uqbah bin Jabbar narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.

Hazrat Amir bin Matar narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood regarding the person who had intercourse with his wife's slave-girl. He said: If he forced her into adultery, then the slave-girl will be set free and a slave-girl like her will be obligatory for the owner, and if the slave-girl was complicit with him, then this slave-girl will belong to that person and a slave-girl like her will be obligatory for her owner from that person.

Hazrat Qais narrates that Hazrat Ata said: The prescribed punishment will not be carried out on that person.

Hazrat Salamah bin Muhabbaq narrates that a man had intercourse with his wife's slave-girl, so the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) waived the prescribed punishment from him.
