Those Who Hold There Is No Hadd for Intercourse with an Animal
Hadith 30405
٣٠٤٠٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش وأبو الأحوص عن عاصم عن أبي رزين عن ابن عباس قال: من أتى بهيمة فلا حد عليه (١).
Hazrat Abu Razin narrates that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Whoever has intercourse with an animal, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.
Hadith 30406
٣٠٤٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن الحكم فيمن (أتى) (١) بهيمة قال: يجلد ولا يبلغ به الحد.
Hazrat Mansoor narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Hakam regarding the person who has intercourse with an animal: He said, "He will be flogged, but the lashes will not reach the limit of the prescribed punishment."
Hadith 30407
٣٠٤٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن حجاج عن عطاء في الذي يأتي البهيمة قال: يعزر.
Hazrat Hajjaj narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Ata regarding the person who commits intercourse with an animal, he said: He should be punished as a disciplinary measure (ta'zeeran).
Hadith 30408
٣٠٤٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: ليس على من أتى بهيمة حد، ولا على من رمى بها.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: There will be no hadd (legal punishment) upon the person who has intercourse with an animal, nor upon the person who has merely been accused of this act.
Hadith 30409
٣٠٤٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن أبي حنيفة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: قال عمر: ليس على من أتى بهيمة حد (١).
Ibrahim narrates that Hazrat Umar said: There will be no hadd (prescribed punishment) upon the person who has intercourse with an animal.
Hadith 30410
٣٠٤١٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن عبيدة عن إبراهيم قال: من أتى بهيمة فلا حد (عليه) (١).
Hazrat Ubaidah says that Ibrahim stated: There is no hadd punishment for the one who has intercourse with an animal.
