Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Bayan narrates that Hazrat Sha’bi said: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li’an, or accuses his mother, that person will be flogged.

Ibrahim, Hazrat Mujahid, and Hazrat Amir stated: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li'an will be flogged.

Hazrat Laith states that it is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid and Hazrat Tawus regarding the person who says to the son of a woman who has undergone li'an: "O son of an adulterous woman!" You (the Prophet) said: He will be given the same punishment of eighty lashes.

Hazrat Nafi' narrates that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li'an, that person will be flogged.

Hazrat Imran narrates that Hazrat Ikrimah said: Whoever says to the son of a woman who has been subjected to li'an, "O son of a filthy woman," the punishment of qazf (false accusation of adultery) will be imposed upon him.

Hazrat Mutarrif narrates that Hazrat Aamir said: When it was said to the son of the woman involved in li'an, "You are not the son of so-and-so man who performed li'an with your mother," he said: The person who said this will be flogged, he will be flogged.

Hazrat Ikrimah states that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li'an or his mother, will be flogged.

Hazrat Fazl bin Dalham narrates that Hasan Basri said: The one who accuses the son of Mula'anah will be flogged.

Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: If a person accuses this woman who has undergone li'an, the one who makes the accusation will be flogged.
