Hadith 30358
٣٠٣٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قذف المجلود امرأته جُلد، ولا لعان بينهما.
Hazrat Hakam says that Ibrahim stated: If a person who has been flogged accuses his wife of adultery, he too will be flogged, and there will be no li'an between them. And the narrator says: I asked Hasan Basri and Hazrat 'Amir about this, and both of them said: He will perform li'an.
Hadith 30359
٣٠٣٥٩ - قال: وسألت الحسن وعامرا فقالا: يلاعن.
30359 - He said: I asked al-Hasan and ‘Amir, and they said: He should perform li‘an.
Hadith 30360
٣٠٣٦٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن أشعث عن منصور وحماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قذف الرجل امرأته -وقد كان جلد الحد- جلد ولا ⦗٤١٧⦘ يلاعن؛ (لأنه) (١) لا تجوز شهادته.
Hazrat Mansur and Hazrat Hammad state that Ibrahim said: When a man accuses his wife while he is a convicted person, he will be flogged and will not perform li'an, because his testimony is not acceptable.
