Hadith 30354
٣٠٣٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يلاعن امرأته ثم يقذفها قال: يضرب.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding the person who performs li'an with his wife and then accuses her again. He said: The hadd (punishment) will be imposed on him, and Hazrat Amir said: The hadd will not be imposed on him.
Hadith 30355
٣٠٣٥٥ - وقال عامر: لا يضرب.
30355 - 'Aamir said: He should not be beaten.
Hadith 30356
٣٠٣٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شبابة بن سوار عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادا عن الرجل يلاعن امرأته ثم تلد فيقول: ليس هذا مني، قالا: يضرب.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about the man who performed li’an with his wife, then his wife gave birth to a child, and he said: This is not my child. So what is the ruling regarding him? Both of them said: He will be punished.
Hadith 30357
٣٠٣٥٧ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو عاصم عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: إن لاعنته ثم قذفها لم يحد، قال: قلت: وكيف؟] (١) وقد (أكذب نفسه) (٢)، قال: لا يحد، قد باء بلعنة اللَّه كتاب اللَّه.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Hazrat Ata said: If both of them have performed li'an and then he accuses his wife again, the hadd (prescribed punishment) will not be imposed on him.
