Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Yunus narrates that Hasan Basri said: The one who accuses an umm walad will not be flogged.

Hazrat Urwah, Hasan Basri, and Hazrat Ibn Sirin state that there will be no hadd (prescribed punishment) for one who accuses an umm walad (a slave woman who has borne her master's child).

Hazrat Abdul Malik states that it is narrated from Hazrat Ata regarding a man who accused another man whose mother was an umm walad; he said: The hadd will not be obligatory upon him until he is set free.

Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim and Hazrat Sha’bi said: There is nothing (no punishment) upon the one who accuses his umm walad.

Hazrat Muammar states that Hazrat Zuhri said: The one who accuses his umm walad (a slave woman who has borne her master's child) will not be flogged.

Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri and Muhammad said: There will be no hadd (prescribed punishment) upon the one who accuses an umm walad.
