Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Zuhair narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Jabir regarding a woman who became pregnant through adultery, so she was imprisoned so that she could give birth to the child in her womb, then she would be stoned. A man came to that woman and killed her. Hazrat Amir said: I do not know anything about this except that the child will be handed over to the king, and he may decide whatever he wishes regarding it. And Hazrat Hammad said: None among the Muslims has more right to this woman; they are equal among themselves. And Hazrat Hammad said: For the child, a slave or a bondwoman will be required.

29925 - He said: Hammad narrated to me from Ibrahim who said: None of the Muslims has more right to it than any of them over others.

29926 - Hammad said: For the child, there is a ghurra.
