٢٩٩٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ قال: أخبرني (أشعث) (١) عن الحسن أنه كان لا يرى أن يقتص الرجل من (الرجلين) (٢) فيما دون النفس.
Hazrat Ash'ath states that Hasan Basri did not hold the opinion that a person could take retribution for life from two people for less than a life.
