Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abu Talq narrates that his sister, Hazrat Hind bint Talq, said: I was among a group of women and there was a child wrapped in cloth, when a woman passed by and trampled the child, killing him. I said: This woman has killed the child, by Allah! She says that ten women testified before Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him); I was the tenth among them. So he ruled that the woman must pay blood money (diyah), and assisted her with two thousand dirhams.
