Regarding the Man Who Stops His Mount
Hadith 29870
٢٩٨٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: من أوقف دابته في طريق المسلمين، أو وضع شيئًا، فهو ضامن لجنايته.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: Whoever blocks the path of Muslims with his mount or places something there, that person will be liable for his offense.
Hadith 29871
٢٩٨٧١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن أشعث (عن الشعبي) (١).
Hazrat Sha'bi and Ibrahim said: Whoever ties an animal in the pathway will be held responsible.
