Hadith 29828
Hazrat Zaid bin Wahb narrates that when Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) would stone a woman, he would say to her guardians: This is your child, you will be his heirs and he will be your heir, and if he commits any punishable mistake, its liability will be upon you.
Hadith 29829
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: When a man performs li'an with his wife, separation will be established between them and they will never be able to unite again. The child will be affiliated with the mother's 'asaba (male relatives), they will be the heirs of the child and will pay the blood money on his behalf.
Hadith 29830
Hazrat Hammad states that Ibrahim said: All of the inheritance of the child will go to his mother, and the blood money on his behalf will be paid by the mother’s paternal relatives. This same ruling applies to a child born out of wedlock and to the child of a Christian woman if his mother is Muslim.
