Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib narrates that a man forced himself upon a woman and made both her passages one, so Hazrat Umar imposed the hadd punishment on him and made him responsible for one-third of her blood money.

Hazrat Khalid Hadhdha reports that a man was brought before Hazrat Aban bin Uthman who had married a girl and had made both her passages one. Regarding this, he and Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said: If the girl was of those whose likes are normally consummated with, then nothing will be obligatory upon that man; but if the girl was of those whose likes are not normally consummated with, then one-third of the blood money will be obligatory upon that man.

Hazrat Qatadah states that Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit, regarding a person who made both passages of a woman into one, said: If one of these two passages is closed off by the other, then one-third of the blood money (diyah) will be obligatory, and if it is not closed, then the full blood money will be obligatory.
