Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib narrates that a letter was written to Hazrat Umar regarding a woman who had grabbed both testicles of a man and tore the outer skin but did not tear the inner skin. Hazrat Umar asked his companions, "What is your opinion about this?" They said, "You should consider it at the level of a jaifah wound." Upon this, Hazrat Umar said, "But my opinion is different from this. My opinion is that in this case, half the blood money (diyah) of a jaifah should be given."
