الرجل يقتل ابنه
Regarding the Man Who Kills His Own Son
Hadith 29731
٢٩٧٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد وأبو خالد عن حجاج عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده عن عمر قال: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "لا يقتل الوالد بالولد" (١).
Hazrat Umar narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: A father will not be killed in retaliation for his son.
Hadith 29732
٢٩٧٣٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا بن فضيل عن ليث عن مجاهد وعطاء قال: لا يقاد الرجل من والديه وإن قتلاه صبرا.
Hazrat Laith states that Hazrat Mujahid and Hazrat Ata said: Retribution (qisas) will not be taken from a man for his parents, even if both of them imprisoned and killed him.
