Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Abdul Aziz bin Umar informed me that during the caliphate of Umar bin Abdul Aziz, the commanders of Ajnad and the people of opinion agreed upon this matter: that when a shoulder bone is broken and then heals (straight), forty dinars will be obligatory for it.

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj said that it has reached me from Sha’bi that when the saddle breaks, there are forty dinars in it.
