Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ikrimah bin Khalid narrates from a man of the family of Umar that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is blood money (diyah) for the male organ.

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that there is diyah (blood money) for the male organ.

Hazrat Abdullah said that the compensation (diyah) for the male organ will be divided into five parts.

Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz says that there is diyah (blood money) for the male organ.

Hazrat Umar said that there is diyah (blood money) for the penis.

Hasan said that there is blood money (diyah) for the penis.

It is narrated from Hazrat Zuhri that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling of blood money (diyah) for the male organ.

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj narrates from Ata that I asked him, "If the male organ is uprooted from the root, what is the ruling?" He replied, "In that case, there is blood money (diyah)." Then I asked, "What is your opinion if the glans is cut off and then some part of the remaining portion is also cut off?" He replied, "There will be blood money (diyah) for the wound."

Hazrat Mujahid says that there is diyah (blood money) for the male organ.

Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib narrates that Abu Bakr gave the verdict of diyat, that is, one hundred camels, for the penis of an Adi.
