Blood Money for a Blackened Tooth
Hadith 28799
٢٨٧٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن والشعبي.
It is narrated from Ibrahim regarding the black tooth that when it is injured, the decision of two just men applies to it.
Hadith 28801
٢٨٨٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم (قال) (١): في السن السوداء حكومة.
Ibrahim said that the judgment will be in the case of a black tooth.
Hadith 28802
٢٨٨٠٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن هشام (عن قتادة) (١) عن (سعيد) (٢) بن المسيب قال: فيها ثلث الدية.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib said that it carries one third of the blood money.
Hadith 28803
٢٨٨٠٣ - (حدثنا أبو بكر قال) (١): حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال: فيها ثلث ديتها.
Hasan said that in this case, one-third of the blood money will be obligatory.
Hadith 28804
٢٨٨٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن أبي هلال عن قتادة عن ابن (بريدة) (١) عن يحيى بن يعمر عن ابن عباس [قال: فيها ثلث الدية (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said that in this there is one third of the blood money (diyah).
Hadith 28805
٢٨٨٠٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن حجاج عن قتادة عن رجل عن ابن عباس] (١) عن عمر: في السن السوداء ثلث ديتها (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Umar that for a black tooth, one third of its blood money is due.
Hadith 28806
٢٨٨٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن عبد اللَّه بن بريدة عن يحيى بن يعمر عن ابن عباس عن عمر بن الخطاب قال: في السن السوداء إذا نزعت وكانت ثابتة ثلث ديتها (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Umar bin Khattab that when a black tooth is pulled out while it was attached, then one third of its blood money is due for it.
