Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim said that when a tooth becomes black (due to someone injuring it), then full compensation (diyah) will be due for it.

It is narrated from Ibrahim in the same manner.

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib says that when a tooth becomes black, its full compensation (diyah) will be due.

Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said that when a tooth becomes black, its full compensation (diyah) will be obligatory.

It is narrated from Hazrat Shurayh that when a tooth becomes black, he gave the verdict of full blood money for it.

Hazrat Ata said that when a tooth becomes black, starts to move, or falls out, then full compensation (diyah) will be due for it.

It is narrated from Hazrat Qasim regarding a tooth, when it becomes loose, that its full compensation (diyah) will be due.

Hazrat Sha'bi said: When a tooth becomes black or yellow, its full compensation (diyah) will be due for it.

Hazrat Zuhri said that when a tooth becomes black, its full compensation (diyah) will be due.

It is narrated from Ibrahim regarding a tooth for which the compensation period has been fixed, that if it turns black, then its full blood money will be due.
