Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Abdul Aziz bin Umar that Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote a letter to the commanders of the armies, asking them to send the opinions of their scholars to him. So, the consensus of the scholars of the armies was that if one mustache is plucked out, there is a penalty of sixty dinars, and if both are plucked out together, the penalty is one hundred and twenty (120) dinars.
