Hadith 27608
٢٧٦٠٨ - حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب عن أبي قلابة عن أبي المهلب عن عمران ابن حصين قال: بينا رسول اللَّه ﷺ في بعض أسفاره، وامرأة من الأنصار على ناقة، فضجرت فلعنتها، فسمع ذلك رسول اللَّه ﷺ فقال: "خذوا ما عليها ودعوها، ⦗٣٠٤⦘ فإنها ملعونة، قال عمران بن حصين: فكأني أراها تجول في السوق ما يعرض لها أحد (١).
Hazrat Imran bin Husain narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was on a journey and a woman from the Ansar was on a she-camel. The she-camel troubled her, so the woman cursed the she-camel. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, heard this and said: "Take whatever is on it and leave it, for indeed it is accursed." Hazrat Imran bin Husain says: It is as if I am seeing it wandering in the markets and no one is looking to buy it.
Hadith 27609
٢٧٦٠٩ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: (أخبرنا) (١) سليمان التيمي عن أبي عثمان عن أبي (برزة) (٢) أن جارية بينما هي على بعير أو راحلةٍ عليها متاعٌ للقوم بين جبلين فتضايق بها الجبل، فأتى عليها رسول اللَّه ﷺ فلما (أبصرته) (٣) (جعلت) (٤) تقول: (حل) (٥) اللهم العنه، حل اللهم العنه، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من صاحب الراحلة؟ لا يصحبنا بعير أو راحلة عليها لعنة من اللَّه" -أو كما قال (٦).
Hazrat Abu Barzah narrates that there was a slave girl among us who was riding a camel or some mount, and on that camel was the luggage of some people, which was passing between two mountains. Then the mountain made her path narrow. Meanwhile, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her. When the woman saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), she began to say to the camel, "Go, go. O Allah! Curse be upon it, go, go. O Allah! Curse be upon it." Upon this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Who is the owner of this mount?" The mount or ride upon which is Allah's curse will not go with us, or as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said.
Hadith 27610
٢٧٦١٠ - حدثنا شبابة قال: حدثنا ليث بن سعد عن محمد بن عجلان عن (أبيه) (١) عن أبي هريرة قال: بينما رسول اللَّه ﷺ يسير في ناس من أصحابه، إذ لعن رجل منهم بعيره، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من لعن بعيره؟ " فقال: أنا يا رسول اللَّه (قال) (٢): "أخره عنا فقد أجبت" (٣).
Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates that during a journey, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was traveling among some of his companions, when one of them cursed his camel. Upon this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Who cursed his camel? That person said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! I did. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Keep it away from us. Indeed, your supplication has been accepted.
Hadith 27611
٢٧٦١١ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن شمر عن يحيى بن وثاب عن عائشة أنها قرب إليها بعير (ا) (١) لتركبه، فالتوى عليها فلعنته، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا تركبيه فإنك (لعنتيه) (٢) " (٣).
Hazrat Yahya bin Wathab narrates that a camel was brought near Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) so that she could mount it, but the camel made it difficult for her to ride. So she cursed it. Upon this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not ride it, because you have cursed it."
Hadith 27612
٢٧٦١٢ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن الجويري عن أبي عثمان قال: بينما عمر يسير في أصحابه وفي القوم رجل يسير على بعير له من القوم يضعه حيث يشاء، فلا أدري بما التوى عليه فلعنه، فقال عمر: من هذا اللاعن؟ قالوا: فلان، قال: تخلف عنا أنت وبعيرك، لا تصحبنا (راحلة) (١) ملعونة (٢).
Hazrat Abu Uthman narrates that while Hazrat Umar was traveling with his companions, there was a man among the people who was traveling on his camel and would carry the belongings of anyone from the tribe who wished. I do not know what difficulty befell him that he cursed the camel. Upon this, Hazrat Umar asked: Who is the one who cursed? The people said: Such-and-such person. He said: You and your camel stay away from us; we do not keep any accursed mount with us.
