Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Shaqiq narrates that a letter from Hazrat Abu Bakr came to us while we were in Qadisiyyah, so Hazrat Abdullah bin Arqam wrote its reply.

Hazrat Hasan bin Muhammad narrates that Hazrat Ubaidullah bin Abu Rafi’, who was the scribe of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), informed him.

Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit narrates that Hazrat Abu Bakr said to him: You used to write down revelation for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so you should compile the Qur'an. Thus, I wrote the Qur'an.

Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Jabir reported a narration from the scribe of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).

Hazrat Musayyib bin Rafi' says that Hazrat Warad narrated a hadith to me, who was the scribe of Hazrat Mughirah bin Shu'bah.

Bajalah says that I was the scribe of Jazi bin Muawiyah.

Hazrat Hatim bin Abi Mughira narrates from Hazrat Atiyyah, who was the scribe of Hazrat Abdullah bin Mutarrif.
