Two people embracing when meeting
Hadith 27388
٢٧٣٨٨ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الأجلح عن الشعبي أن (رسول اللَّه) (١) ﷺ تلقى جعفر بن أبي طالب فالتزمه، وقبّل ما (بين) (٢) عينيه (٣).
Imam Shabi narrates that when the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) met Hazrat Ja'far bin Abi Talib, he (peace and blessings be upon him) embraced him and kissed him between his two eyes.
Hadith 27389
٢٧٣٨٩ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن حجاج بن دينار عن (١) ابن (٢) أبي عثمان أن عمر (اعتنق) (٣) حذيفة (٤).
Hazrat Utbah bin Abi Uthman narrates that Hazrat Umar shook hands with Hazrat Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him).
Hadith 27390
٢٧٣٩٠ - حدثنا هشيم (عن) (١) أبي بلج قال: رأيت (عمرو) (٢) بن ميمون والأسود بن (هلال) (٣) التقيا واعتنق كل منهما صاحبه.
Hazrat Abu Balaj narrates that he saw Hazrat Amr bin Maymoon and Hazrat Aswad bin Hilal meeting each other. Both of them embraced each other.
Hadith 27391
٢٧٣٩١ - حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان عن عباد بن عباد قال: رأيت أبا مجلز وخالد ⦗٢٤٩⦘ (الأثبج) (١) التقيا فاعتنق كل منهما صاحبه.
Hazrat Abad bin Abad narrates that I saw Hazrat Abu Majliz and Hazrat Khalid Athbij; when the two met, they embraced each other.
Hadith 27392
٢٧٣٩٢ - حدثنا معتمر عن إياس بن (دغفل) (١) قال: (رأيت) (٢) أبا نضرة قبل خد الحسن.
Hazrat Iyas bin Dughfal narrates that I saw Hazrat Abu Nazrah; he kissed the cheek of Hasan Basri.
Hadith 27393
٢٧٣٩٣ - حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة قال (١): (أخبرنا) (٢) ثابت عن معاذة العدوية قالت: كان أصحاب صلة (بن) (٣) (أشيم) (٤) إذا دخلوا عليه يلزم بعضهم بعضًا.
Hazrat Mu’adhah al-‘Adawiyyah narrates that when the companions of Hazrat Silah bin Ashyam would come to him, some of them would embrace each other.
