الرجل يضطر إلى الميتة
Ruling for One Forced to Eat Carrion
Hadith 26213
٢٦٢١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي حمزة عن إبراهيم في المضطر إلى الميتة قال: يأكل ما يقيمه.
It is narrated from Ibrahim regarding the person who is compelled to eat carrion, he says that he may eat as much as will keep his back straight.
Hadith 26214
٢٦٢١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك عن جابر عن أبي جعفر قال: إذا اضطر إلى ما حرم عليه، فما حرم (عليه) (١) فهو له حلال.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Ja'far, he says that when a person is compelled towards a forbidden thing, then it becomes permissible for him.
Hadith 26215
٢٦٢١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن جرير بن حازم عن قيس بن سعد عن عطاء في رجل أكره على لحم الخنزير وشرب الخمر، قال: إن أكل فرخصة، وإن لم يأكل فقتل دخل الجنة.
Hazrat Ata was asked about a person who is forced to eat pork and drink wine? He replied: If this person eats it, then he is permitted to do so, and if he does not eat and dies, he will go to Paradise.
