Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Ibrahim, who says that Abdullah said: The unripe juice of the date-palm is khamr (i.e., it is subject to the same ruling).

It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair, he says that the unripe juice of dates is (regarded) as khamr (intoxicant) in its ruling.

Hazrat Sha'bi, Ibrahim, and Hazrat Abu Razin (all these personalities) say that the unripe juice of dates is (regarded) as khamr (intoxicant) in ruling.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Zar'ah bin Amr bin Jarir. He says: This is khamr (intoxicant). (Rather) this is more painful than khamr.

It is narrated from Hasan. He says that this is khamr (intoxicant).

Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair narrates about Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that he was asked about the unripe juice of dates. In response, he indicated: "Khamr has no nickname."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Wa'il, he says that a group of villagers came to Hazrat Abdullah and asked him about the unripe juice of dates. So he replied: Surely, Allah Almighty has not placed any cure for you in the things He has forbidden to you.

Hazrat Masruq also narrates such a statement from Hazrat Abdullah.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Wa'il, he says that a man from the tribe had a complaint of the stomach. It was said to this man that there are worms in your stomach. And the physicians prescribed unripe date juice for him. This man sent someone to Hazrat Abdullah to ask about this issue. So Hazrat Abdullah replied: Surely, Allah Almighty has not placed your cure in anything that He has made unlawful for you.

It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair, he says that the unripe juice of dates is khamr (intoxicant).

It is narrated from Hazrat Aamir. He says that the unripe juice of dates is khamr (intoxicant).
