Hadith 25275
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Uthman Nahdi, he says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) traveled with his companions on a military expedition. During this journey, some people, in a state of hunger, passed by a lush tree and began to eat from it. It then seemed as if a wind came upon them and extinguished them. Upon this, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Cool the water in a small waterskin and then, between the two calls to prayer of the morning, pour this water over yourselves and remember the name of Allah and the water." So the companions (peace and blessings be upon them) did this, and (as a result) it was as if those people had been released from bondage.
