Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Muhammad and Hasan, may Allah have mercy on them both, said regarding the person who sells a vessel of dates and then makes the remainder of it a gift, in which there is the nail, that both of them disliked this.

It is narrated from Hazrat Qatadah and Hazrat Abu Hashim that a man bought ten thousand walnuts for thirty dirhams by counting them, then they were put into one or two clay pits, then those that remained were counted in two pits, so both of you disliked this.
