If a Person Sells a Slave Girl and Then Claims Her Son
Hadith 24902
٢٤٩٠٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن يمان عن سفيان عن ربيعة الرأي ⦗٨٥⦘ عن عمر بن عبد العزيز في رجل باع جارية وولدها، ثم ادعى الولد، (قال) (١): ترد عليه بالملك، ولا يثبت النسب.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz says regarding the person who sells a slave woman and her son, and then the son claims (his lineage), he said: He will be returned with ownership, and lineage will not be established.
