Hadith 24898
٢٤٨٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب عن محمد قال: كان شريح لا يبرئ البائع (إلا) (١) من (٢) داء أعلمه إياه.
Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, says that Hazrat Shurayh would not consider the seller free of liability except in the case where the sold item had a defect which he disclosed.
